We don't collect data.
Last updated: August 2, 2026
Desk T has no accounts, no servers, no analytics, no ads. Your cards live on your phone and in your own iCloud; the app sends no data to us.
Data we collect
None. Desk T does not collect, process, or transmit personal data. The app contains no third-party SDKs, no tracking, and no analytics. This is declared as "Data Not Collected" on the App Store privacy card.
Where your data lives
All cards, notes, lists, photos and files are stored in the app's container on your device. In addition, Desk T automatically writes a backup of your desk to your iCloud Drive space (your own Apple account) — so your desk comes back even if you delete the app or switch phones. Like iCloud Backup or computer backups, this backup lives in Apple's infrastructure under your Apple account; we have no access to it. If you turn off iCloud Drive, in-app backup stops.
Permissions
- Camera — to take photos and scan documents, only when you ask. Images are processed and stored only on your device.
- Face ID — to lock your desk if you choose. Biometric verification runs entirely inside Apple's system; no biometric data ever reaches the app.
- Notifications — only for reminders you set, generated on-device (local notifications). No server-sent notifications.
Purchases
The one-time "Desk T Full" purchase runs entirely through Apple's App Store infrastructure. Your payment and billing information never reaches us.
This website
deskt.app is a static site; it uses no cookies, contains no analytics, and hosts no forms.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be published on this page with an updated date. A material change — such as starting to collect any data — would also be clearly announced inside the app.
